Jackson Group Consulting Named Exclusive Reseller of Big Forge One's FORGE Defense Logistics Platform
Largo, Florida
Partnership unites Jackson Group's defense advisory expertise with the only purpose-built operational platform for contingency logistics — bringing real-time asset intelligence, automated compliance, IoT edge monitoring, and AI-driven workforce management to defense contractors across every major task order vehicle.
Jackson Group Consulting, a defense advisory firm with deep experience across contingency logistics contracting, and Big Forge One, the developer of the FORGE platform, today announced a strategic partnership designating Jackson Group as the exclusive reseller of FORGE. The agreement combines Jackson Group's advisory expertise and established contractor relationships with a platform that addresses what has been one of the most persistent capability gaps in defense logistics: the complete absence of purpose-built operational technology at the task order level.
For decades, defense logistics contractors have executed task orders — managing motor pools, maintenance facilities, supply operations, and base life support — with a choice between enterprise software built for corporate headquarters and spreadsheets. Enterprise platforms require 18 to 24 months to implement, cost millions to operate, and were never designed for a workforce that rotates every six months, a CDRL due in 30 days, or a generator that needs to be monitored at a forward operating base in Djibouti. FORGE was built for exactly that environment.
"We have worked alongside defense logistics contractors for years, and the technology gap at the task order level has been one of the most consistent frustrations we hear. Contractors are executing complex, high-stakes operations with tools that were never designed for contingency environments. FORGE changes that equation entirely. It delivers enterprise-grade capability — AI, IoT, automated compliance, real-time visibility — in a platform that is actually built for the way this work gets done."
— Shawn Raker, CEO, Jackson Group Consulting
The FORGE platform delivers eight integrated modules: real-time asset visibility with GCSS-Army bidirectional integration, a role-based logistics common operating picture at 98% uptime, AI-driven predictive maintenance that sustains operational readiness above 90%, three-tier supply chain intelligence with demand forecasting, a contested logistics threat map with TAK Server interoperability, IoT edge intelligence connecting generators, vehicles, and HVAC units to a live operational dashboard via AWS IoT Greengrass, DCAA-compliant workforce management across 13 modules including an AI labor law engine covering 50-plus jurisdictions, and automated CDRL generation that reduces a weeks-long manual process to minutes.
Layered across all eight modules is the FORGE AI operational assistant — a conversational interface that gives every role in the organization natural language access to the platform's full operational picture. A program manager asks: "Generate the April Monthly Status Report for all three sites." A maintenance officer asks: "Which vehicles are most likely to fail before the end of the week?" A site supervisor asks: "Who is qualified to work on the MRAP tomorrow and is not already scheduled?" FORGE answers each question directly, in plain English, from live operational data.
The entire platform runs on AWS GovCloud (us-gov-east-1) with NIST SP 800-171 controls implemented and documented, FIPS 140-2 validated endpoints throughout, customer-managed encryption keys, and a tamper-proof seven-year audit trail. The IoT layer uses unique X.509 certificates per edge device with mutual TLS on every connection. The export control framework enforces ITAR deemed export restrictions at the data level. The platform deploys in 30 days and is structured as an allowable other direct cost on the task order cost proposal.
"Jackson Group brings the advisory relationships and the defense contracting expertise that connect FORGE to the contractors who need it. What we are building together is not a technology sale — it is a complete capability: strategic guidance on how to position and win task orders, combined with the operational platform that actually runs those task orders once they are awarded. That combination has not existed in this market before."
— Chris Duncan, Founder, Big Forge One
As exclusive reseller, Jackson Group Consulting will bring the FORGE platform to any organization that operates in the defense logistics environment — primes, subcontractors, independent operators, and government-adjacent businesses that need enterprise-grade operational technology without an enterprise implementation timeline or budget. The FORGE platform is available through Jackson Group Consulting or directly through Big Forge One at bigforgeone.com.
Defense contractors seeking to learn more about the partnership, request a FORGE demonstration on the live AWS GovCloud environment, or begin a 90-day pilot engagement on an active task order should contact Jackson Group Consulting directly or visit bigforgeone.com.
