Background

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Group Consulting, Shawn brings over 35 years of aviation experience across the private and public sectors. His journey began in the United States Air Force after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Shawn is type-rated in various aircraft as an Airline Transport Pilot with over 18,000 hours of jet experience, including the B-757/767, DC-9, B-737NG, DA-2000, and G-V 450/550. He also serves as a Check Airman in multiple aircraft.

Consulting Legacy

Shawn transitioned into consulting in 2006, leveraging his training and aviation-related service expertise. With a focus on international operations, his consultancy spans flight training, aircraft sales, human factors, business development, corporate flight departments, aircraft modifications, maintenance training, and military training. Shawn embodies the values instilled during his time in the Air Force and his decades-long journey in the aviation industry, offering unparalleled insights and strategic guidance to clients worldwide.

Lt Col Kevin Greeley (Ret)

Senior Advisor

Military Career

Kevin boasts an illustrious career spanning over 35 years, with a diverse background in both military and industry roles. From 1982 to 2017, he served in the Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) as a WSO/EWO/Navigator/CSO, flying missions in F-4, C-130, and MC-130 aircraft. His tenure includes a notable stint as the Director of Special Projects at AFSOC HQ A5 from 2013 to 2015, working under Col. Joe Hastings and serving under both Lt Gen Eric Fiel and Lt Gen Brad Heithold.

Industry Expertise

In addition to his military service, Kevin has carved out a parallel career path in the aviation industry. From 1985 to 1992, he worked with McDonnell Douglas on various aircraft, including the MD-80, KC-10, C-17, F-15, F/A-18, and YF-23. Subsequently, from 1992 to 2018, he contributed to Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs (ADP), famously known as the "Skunk Works," where he worked on projects such as the F-22, C-130J, and F-35, including multiple special mission variants.

As Chief Financial and Information Officer, Chris provides the financial and technical infrastructure that powers Jackson Group's programs across the globe. With a commitment to secure, transparent, and accountable systems, Chris ensures that operations are grounded in strong foundations — supporting scalable growth and organizational integrity.

Consulting Legacy

With decades of experience in financial systems and inventory management, Chris delivers the operational backbone that enables success. His cross-industry expertise spans manufacturing, hospitality, and aviation, where he has not only led finance and IT strategy but also built and operated a Part 121/135 air operations company and a major MRO provider for global aircraft. This background equips him with deep insight into managing large fleets and complex, contracted MRO services.

Chris brings extensive consulting experience with both public and private companies, focusing on capacity planning, organizational restructuring, and team development. His ability to assess and realign operational models has helped clients navigate transformation and scale with confidence. This rare combination of financial acumen, systems thinking, and real-world leadership enables Chris to drive both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic impact.

Christopher H. Rodriguez

VP, Ground Combat Systems

Christopher is the Vice President of Ground Combat Systems at Jackson Group Consulting. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing military maintenance and logistics programs domestically and internationally. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Christopher spearheads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in ground combat systems.

Before joining Jackson Group Consulting, he served as President of Buffalo MTE and Covering LLC, demonstrating his prowess in executive management. His tenure as Manager at BAE Systems OCONUS PM Forward for the Special Operations Command MRAP Program in Iraq and Afghanistan underscores his commitment to excellence in military logistics and support operations.

Chris D. DeLuca

Director of Logistics

As the Director of Logistics at Jackson Group Consulting, Chris D. DeLuca oversees foreign and domestic supply chain operations for military equipment. With a robust logistics and supply chain management background, Chris brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to his current position. His strategic direction ensures efficient and effective logistics support for critical military missions.

Before joining Jackson Group Consulting, he was Director of Logistics at Buffalo MTE and Vice President of Logistics at Covering LLC. With over a decade of experience as a defense contractor in Afghanistan and Iraq, Chris has navigated complex logistical challenges while maintaining a Secret clearance.
